Cooked 150g for my two boys, and have four more servings for later on. Had it with tomatoes-garlic-onions-basil sauce. I know, it's a weird combination but the boys like it. So, i'll just call today's meal Sobaghetti, ok. I know, you all now want to know the ratio used in this batch of homemade low-gluten noodle recipe right.... here you go :
Homemade Soba Recipe v2
250g unbleached plain flour
150g organic buckwheat flour
140ml water
1tsp oil
1tsp sea salt
